Yes we have to deploy the app in a server and open required ports in the server to access it from other network.
But the links you shared is not useful.
I don't want to deploy the app in ABAP Server, instead any other server.
Other link explain SAP UI5 application in SAP Netweaver Developer Studio(NWDS), I'm not using NWDS.
