Hi Qiong He,

I agree with Luke and Remi, and let me explain something so you understand why and how to best think your scenario through from the business and system perspective. Speaking as senior professional in HR for many years who is also an SAP HCM Functional, I can tell you that the last day worked for going on leave (i.e. leave action) has nothing to do with the last day worked for termination (ending employment with the company) purposes. In SAP, the Date Specifications (IT0041) was created for the purpose of storing different date data such as that, and the dates specified in IT0041 work with the leave program. In this case, I would suggest creating another date in IT001 called "Leave Action Date" to be used for the leave action in IT0041. As the SAP document library suggests: By using the key Date type, you can print the type of information that you can store behind the date. This infotype can be used in payroll as well as for the leave program. A concrete Date type (specified by the user) is used in a series of evaluation reports to evaluate an entry date that cannot be derived from the organizational assignment history but which is stored in the infotype Date Specifications (0041). Also, remember that you can also use the STAT1 and STAT2 field(s) if you need to further differentiate date status for the Leave Action. I have assumed you were talking about leave, as in remaining employed with the company, but not working (paid leave or unpaid leave) which can also further configured in the PT (time management) if applicable and necessary to your environment. Hope this helps!
