In production check the data in individual provider(means dso1,dso2&cube like). In error message is it showing cube or dso?
if you cube or dso in which that characteristic include and do the display data in that cube or dso.
why i am saying is if it is not the issue with infoset then you check like this, max you will get the issue where you struck.
continue to send the issue up resolve. please let me know after checking in cube or dso data which are included in infoset.
