as you says you brother has done B.Com, so first ask him about his interest. Because the functional domain of SAP is so vast that if you will search about it, you will find it as a strange because there are so amny modules where he can work.
So, if you can tell us about his expertise and preferences along with his interest, then i think any one will help you in choosing a better options.
