Since these are prerequisites specified in the BAT file, start by confirming that...
- sapjco.jar is version 2.1.10.
- sapidocjco.jar is version 1.0 standalone.
- sapidoc.jar version 1.0 standalone.
If you are happy that this is the case I'd next try confirming that all of your file paths are valid. I *very* quickly threw together a BAT file (attached as .TXT file) that I think should check each file path, but feel free to (and by that I mean you should) validate what it is doing before running it as I haven't tested it at all.
One bit of config in the file is to set variables PARAM1 through PARAM6 to the corresponding parameters you are passing in for your original BAT.
This might help you identify if any of your file paths are incorrect ... looking at that last screen shot you seem to have lost part of the paths.
